Green Valley Grill

Very nice establishment. Had a quick drink while visiting the O'Henry. Service was fast and a lot of fun. Great place to kick back and relax.

this grill is located in the O'Henry Hotel named for a writer. The restaurant is comfortable, attractive old style surroundings. Classical chamber music is not invasive so conversations around the table or booth are pleasant. The % alcohol in beers is listed on the menu, something helpful for those with medical conditions, servers are well trained and attentive.the menu includes interesting entries, guaranteeing a delicious meal.

Very well appointed restaurant in the O’Henry hotel. I had the Eggs Benedict and it was fantastic! They have great lunches and dinners as well.

We celebrated Sarah Hicks & Amber Smith birthday at a special place with special friends and family. The service was wonderful and the server was always right on time. The atmosphere was perfect for a leisure visit or a formal time out. I would highly recommend Green-Valley Grill to anyone for any accusations.

Parmesan crusted chicken is by far the best dish for me. Lots of my coworkers love their salmon, great atmosphere close to shopping and highway. Great place for a good dining experience

Great atmosphere but maybe a little over price on the food. I hope to try lunch and see what it is like. Had my moms birthday and she had so much fun. The staff is very accommodating to her dietary restrictions. There could be more passion from the kitchen. Dessert was just a little disappointing from the description on the menu. I think they should take a trip to Disney to see what light and fluffy creek brûlée is supposed to taste like.

My wife and I shared an order of parmesan chicken. I had never been before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great music choices on high quality, hidden speakers with a huge ceiling made it feel and sound like musicians were playing just out of sight at the other end of the large dining area(I used to do low voltage work before shifting to office IT, so I appreciate those details), and the large, open kitchen really helped to sell the atmosphere of the place. Watching the chefs work for a little while was its own small bit of fun. Service was top notch; they used the wine glass that the table was set with as my water glass and despite it being small it was never empty. I definitely recommend checking it out at least once for the experience.

The atmosphere is wonderful day and night. It’s a great place for all meals or even just dessert with your friends. The hostess is very welcoming and our waitress, Natasha, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was so pleasant to work talk to. The manager, Ashley, was also super kind and checked on us throughout the night... A Perfect date night!

Great atmosphere, bar and food. Enjoyed listening to jazz with pre-dinner drinks, then dinner was amazing. Our waitress was excellent. Highly recommend for any occasion or just a night out.

4th time I have eaten here. Food is always excellent. Service is always great. The servers have a good knowledge of the menu and are ready to suggest something. The prices are reasonable. A must stop when in Greensboro.

Green Valley Grill was nice. I liked that you can see the kitchen and how your food is being prepared. The food was perfect for me. I had the lasagna, it's not a permanent item on their menu, but if you see it, don't hesitate to order. I posted some pictures of my plate and my friends'. Everyone enjoyed their food except for my friend who ordered their sausage and veggies flatbread. She said it was salty and barely ate half. Their sauteed vegetables are very tasty, i.e. the broccoli, asparagus...The waiter was nice; we had to wait a tad too long for our food and our check... Other than the waiter no one else greeted our table; although the manager (I am certain) walked past us a few times. Also when we left, there was about 4/5 staff by the door, we said Merry Christmas and goodbye and no one answered... they were too busy, deep in their conversation I suppose.

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. Very good service, very good atmosphere, better than average food. For the money this would not be my first pick for brunch, but I don’t have anything specifically negative to say. I actually prefer a different establishment by the same owner “Printworks”. I guess it’s just a matter of taste!

WOW!!! Great menu and excellent wine list. You need a reservation if you ever want to enjoy Green Valley Grill. There are daily specials along with a regular menu. The appetizers were excellent. I highly reccomend the tray with hummus, meatballs and pita bread- amazing. The wine list is one of the best I have ever seen and priced very well. There is also a reserve list for those of you that like the $1000 bottles. I chose the Sequoia Grove from the regular wine list and it was priced similar to the price in the stores. We had the scallops and the short ribs- both were perfect. The bar area is VERY lively. I highly reccomend this restaurant and hope you LIKE my review.

This place was outstanding. Food was incredible. Unique flavors that hit every note. Service was incomparable. This will be my first choice in town from now on.

Great place for good eats. Right across from Friendly Center so it’s convenient if you’re shopping, especially at Christmas! Great food always any time of day. Desserts are excellent, one of my favorite spots in Greensboro.
